16 week program
Every bride wants to look and feel her best on her wedding day. I will personalize a fitness plan for you, your groom and/or your bridesmaids. This invigorating 4 month program includes personal training, bridal boot camp classes and nutritional counseling. In just 8 weeks you will feel energized, refreshed, and prepared for your most important walk of all while looking your best!
What you eat impacts how you feel and how your body responds to simple daily activities and exercise. Following a healthy and moderate nutrition plan is crucial to get the most from your workouts and for optimal results with your fitness goals. I will develop a custom nutritional plan to compliment your health/fitness goals.
The 60 minute evaluation is to help evaluate your current physical condition which includes exercise history and any special needs. The overall assessment includes weight, strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. Based on the results of the evaluation I create a customized workout plan just for you.
*Please note I may require a current note from your physician that outlines any concern they may have and let’s me know that you are good to go.
Lifestyle Transformation Program

Incorporates 2 private personal training sessions weekly with nutrition counseling, customized workouts, and optional body fat/BMI measurements.
