Hi, I’m Robyn! After being in corporate healthcare for 8 years I decided to pursue my true passion of helping others achieve their health, and fitness goals; by possessing the ability to make a positive impact on the lives of others. I execute a positive attitude combined with challenging exercises for your individual needs, which begin with a realistic approach.

Along with my B.S. in Exercise Science/Physiology, I am certified personal trainer, health/lifestyle coach and nutritionist currently training and based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

As a former NCAA college level athlete and current competitive triathlete, I realize the impact your mind plays in overall exercise performance and nutrition. My ultimate goal is to help motivate, inspire and provide the right training/coaching tools that will allow you to maintain a long-term, active lifestyle through exercise. Workouts should be fun, ever changing and setting time out for yourself is an important part of life-balance in today’s fast pace society.

I’m constantly reminded of the positive effects exercise has on my own physical and psychological well-being, and my appreciation for what our bodies and mind can achieve is ever increasing. As a Fitness and Lifestyle Coach, I want to share my enthusiasm, encourage a happier lifestyle and help you realize what your body is capable of. I believe that with the right individualized training program, a bit of determination and support, anyone can achieve their goals.

Robyn is a Health & Fitness Writer at Philly.com.  She’s also a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise, a Health/Lifestyle Coach and Nutritionist training and based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
